Services Cancellation
Policy

The policies below apply to all Cumulus Networks professional services—consulting and training (education) services—listed on the Cumulus Networks website.

All payments for Cumulus Networks training and consulting services are nonrefundable. Prior to purchasing a Cumulus Networks training course or consulting service, please review our programs' datasheets to ensure their content and format fit your needs. If you have any questions, please contact your Cumulus Networks approved reseller, your Cumulus Networks account manager, or email us at services@cumulusnetworks.com.

Purchased training and consulting services should be scheduled and delivered within 180 calendar days after their purchase date. Purchased training and consulting services not delivered within this time period will be forfeited. The purchase date is the date when you have received your order confirmation email from Cumulus Networks. Registrations for training courses are not confirmed until you receive your order confirmation email and/or the registration acknowledgement from the Cumulus Networks order processing team (sales operations).

  • When either your payment is verified or your Cumulus Networks approved reseller has submitted a purchase order with us, you will receive an order confirmation email.
  • After registering for a given event, or upon requesting a service delivery date as applicable, you will receive an email from the Cumulus Networks team to confirm your registration or delivery date.

Registrant Substitution

Substitution of registrants can be made at any time. For Web-based services, Cumulus Networks will send event login details prior to the session to the attendee’s email provided at registration time. If the attendee’s email address needs to be changed, please contact services@cumulusnetworks.com at least 2 business days prior to the event to ensure the team has enough notice to provide login details. The subject of your email should include “registrant substitution”.

Rescheduling

All requests for rescheduling must be submitted via email to services@cumulusnetworks.com The subject should include the word "rescheduling". Requests by phone or voicemail will not be accepted.

Up to two rescheduling requests can be approved for one given purchase.

  • A postponement of training may be made at no charge up to 10 business days prior to the date of the class.
  • Course/services fees are NOT refundable.

Failure to attend a registered training course will result in a loss of the course fee.

Cumulus Networks Cancellations

Cumulus Networks reserves the right to cancel or reschedule online, regional or onsite events due to insufficient enrollment. Cumulus Networks will provide at least 7 calendar days' notice, prior to the scheduled event date.

In case an event is canceled or postponed by Cumulus Networks, Cumulus Networks will offer registrants the opportunity to choose another date and extend the applicability of the prepaid training or service as needed.

Cumulus Networks will not be responsible for expenses incurred by the customer if a course is canceled or postponed.
